caring for orphans - promoting adoption

'to defend the cause of the weak and fatherless' Psalm 82:3

GO Camp

It's a rare opportunity to send your child to a horse camp and help children in Haiti at the same time, but at the "GO Camp" at Still Waters Ranch on August 9-13, that's exactly what will happen. GO Camp is one of the summer day camps at Still Waters Ranch at Hickman (just south of Lincoln). All proceeds from this camp will benefit the orphans in Gonaives, Haiti. Along with the normal horse camp curriculum, campers will be learning about life in Haiti and the orphans who live there. Donate to One Cause Lincoln

In the wake of the earthquake in Haiti, many have focused their efforts on contributing to aid for disaster relief. This aid is desperately needed and much appreciated. However, The Nebraska Global Orphan Project is still committed to supporting an entire orphanage in Gonaives. As more children are confirmed orphans in the aftermath of the earthquake, the need for ongoing care of orphans will be even greater. If you wish to contribute to the Nebraska Global Orphan Project's commitment to ongoing care for orphans, you may donate by clicking the above link. For more information on our commitment to the orphanage in Gonaives, please click here.
